Emerald Drive is ideally located in one of the most convenient commuter locations in the town of Hopkinton. Approximately 26 miles west of Boston, minutes to Route 495 and the Massachusetts Turnpike for easy access to Boston, Worcester, Providence, Cape Cod, and all points North.​​

The MBTA Commuter Rail has a station in both Southborough and Ashland, with parking available. These are both under 15 minutes away from the homes at Emerald Drive!

With an approximate population of 18,000 residents, Hopkinton earns national recognition each April as it serves as the starting point for the Boston Marathon, a tradition dating back to 1924. The town takes great pride in its hospitality, welcoming runners from around the globe who gather in Hopkinton to embark on the iconic 26.2-mile (42.2 km) journey to Boston. Beyond the marathon, Hopkinton offers natural beauty and recreational opportunities, highlighted by Hopkinton State Park, a beloved destination for hiking, swimming, picnicking, and enjoying the outdoors year-round.

Hopkinton Public Schools

The educational program provided by the Hopkinton Public School District caters to students from pre-school through grade 12. The district includes a high school for grades 9-12, a middle school for grades 6-8, and three elementary schools for grades K-5. Pre-school education is offered at the Marathon Elementary School. Students benefit from instruction by a knowledgeable and highly qualified faculty. Sixty-eight percent of the staff members have six or more years of teaching experience, while 83% hold an advanced degree. Hopkinton has gained recognition as one of the premier school districts in the state. Recently, Hopkinton High School achieved the 10th position in statewide high school rankings by U.S. News and World Report.

Recreation, Trails & College Rock

Hopkinton has several trail systems offering various recreational activities for outdoor enthusiasts such as biking, cross-country skiing, hiking/walking, and horseback riding. College Rock is walking distance from Emerald Drive!
